Yeah, i'm not particularly worried about "burning out". The gym i've been going to is literally 3 doors away from where I work, so I've been going in the mornings for about an hour and a half with a bloke from work (nh).

I did 25kms on the bike and 5km's run/walk. My body hurts even more than yesterday.
