Pistol
the rivers (concrete flood control channels like the LA river) by where im at are basically 9-10 feet high and steadily flowing to the ocean. nothing to worry about. the army corp of engineers and county public works know when to close valves and when to open them up to let the water flow. no biggie. as far as the streets i live and work in. when rain starts coming down hard some intersections fill up but still below curbs. then 20 minutes or less after the rain calms down everythings flows into the storm water basin and everything is cool. basically every one that works for public works there job is to make sure the storm water basins are clean. although i was steady watching the rocky series on dvd in my truck. so if your house got flooded. my bad.
