IOU
3 or 4 Avocado 2 or 3 Tablespoons of Cilantro 1 small onion 1/4 cup shredded carrot(which I didn't have) 2 cloves garlic 2 or 3 cups Chicken broth(I had made some last week, so that helped) 1/2 cup sour cream And some of your favorite hot sauce Juice of 1 lime as well will help. Place everything in a blender/food processor and you're ready to go. I heated mine up as it's been raining and chilly here lately. You can also throw in some tequila if you fancy that and some tomato paste as well. Best to let it chill overnight if possible, so those flavors get all nice with each other. BTW: Everything is pretty much to taste, so you can kind of figure it as you go along.
