Guest Ginger Bread Man Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 i tired with the piece, the blue stuff was supposed to be a croc leather texture. this is in a friends book<4th full colour piece in this book> and i have other work to get done so i moved to another piece, had it been in my book id of finished it proper. debated making it all fur but liked the idea of fur/hair to be attached to something that we normally wouldn't associate it to. perhaps what some feel is lacking is an outline in the non fur parts, has a nice shiny outline which pops out however the scan doesnt pick up shiny surfaces well. working on this now egyptian/jungle theme still in the layout phase. the jungle will be the foreground and through the thickets and a clearing will appear the desert. stuck on stupid with this one.
