this is my fav room in this place and I realized I spend the least amount of time in here. We never use the table. Gonna get rid of that and throw down a rug/mats for a workout/stretch type of space. It’s got the most plants. Great morning light. Warmest in the place because the only outside wall is where the window is at. really excited about this project Hopefully I can get thru it today

Every year I give myself 100 to splurge on something that is probably absolutely not worth 100 but guilt free splurge spending to look forward to. I just copped this hoodie. to find out he copped me the same hoodie for Christmas. We’re gonna try to return one. Hahah fuck.

I had a client (a few, actually) who was too comfortable saying ignorant shit at my table. I would often remind her my dude was Mexican and my daughter was black. She would always follow with “that’s different”. Short story to say-I felt like I was perpetuating it by allowing her to say such snide ass remarks. I eventually fired her as a client. I saw her every two weeks and we had to sit face to face and touched. I couldn’t do it anymore. I still have a very very hard time referring to people as they/them. Reasoning is-growing up I was raised racist af and didn’t know it. Whenever the term they/them was used it was ALWAYS to point out (everyone else who wasn’t a white person) so it always carried a negative connotation to me. I just try my damndest to remember the name of the person and use it

I got a new tattoo a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to take a pic of it healed (for the artist and his page) because of the state of my other hand. My physical therapist noticed tattoo today and I mentioned I haven’t been able to get a good photo. She was glad to help there’s no way in hell I’m sending him this haha. It doesn’t even have the whole thing in the shit plus someone’s legs in the fucking back LOL. My cheap ass sweats (but my fly ass sneaks) Haha. ‘magine?

In all fairness right around the same time of not being able to work, maybe a few weeks prior-I told him we need to decide who gets which room and just take our own space and ‘you do you and I do me ‘ type deal. (Then I wasn’t able to do shit with either hand) so I had to depend on him to pretty much re arrange both rooms by himself cuz I couldn’t even put my money where my mouth was and move my own shit! Hahahahahaha Hahaha haha ha and he’s been carrying my load around here since end of July so I’ll understand. This year. he is kinda of a dick tho- hence….

I didn’t do a damn thing for Halloween this year. With the arm injuries I wasn’t about to drag a bunch of stuff out and put it away and there was no way in hell he would do it. Our borough allows tricks and treats from 6-8 p (yes, Pittsburgh boroughs and townships all schedule their times and sometimes a borough will do a day before (if you plan it right you can have a few days). Out door is on a main road. In our area it’s the ONLY road for east west travel unless you take the freeway. Law enforcement will lead and tail a group of trick is treaters down the main road and it stops all traffic for a quick spell. (It’s oddly quiet) so people (and businesses) stand outside with their treats to make it smooth. times are posted as such-
