I agree that strategically making a move for custody when the child is 4 months is a difficult proposition. Keep in mind however that when it comes to the best interest of the child the law will need to examine weather the negative impact of moving the child will outweigh the benefits of the new environment. I say to make your move to establish a parenting plan now before either of you is in a new relationship which is generally when things start to get uglier faster. Unless you can take the child with you finding employment in another area is probably the best way to ensure that you will not have a relationship with your child unless the mother hands the whole affair over to you.

I think that the legality of marijuana in this country is not a question of taxes or income to the state but one of ideals. I believe that having drugs illegal gives the government a free hand in locking up those that are deemed undesirable or marginal and those who think differently. There is a lot more to making money of the criminal system than court fees, there is also the privatization of the prison system which is a huge money maker for certain companies etc. The thing that I have been waiting to see happen is the criminalization of bankruptcy, that would be the kill shot for locking up a massive amount of poor folks and exploiting them further. Then of course there is the old joke as to why marijuana will never be legal? Because all the supporters are to stoned to go out and fight for it.

I am unemployed and in a worker retraining program so I do not have a boss but will talk shit on my instructor. This woman has no fucking clue about the subject matter and only knows what she has read in books. This is technical college not fucking high school I have no idea how someone who has no industry experience what so ever is even allowed to teach the class. The stuff she says is factually wrong not a matter of opinion and the students who do not know better may think that they are actually learning something. The whole thing is a huge waste of tax payer money and pisses me off to no end.
