  1. Good looking plating ralph, funny how the presentation can add to the experience. You should try making the bread, making bread is neat.
  2. Just finished Shogun, good enough. Should have made it into two seasons though to get the saga feeling going.
  3. I fucked around and clicked that kia boys video, now I am going to find out that google is watching when I go to youtube and all my recomendations are out of whack. Like dude, you watch one cooking in a revealing blouse video and its over.
  4. How about a restaurant that is a must have when returning from a long stretch out of town, not necessarily anything fancy but something special or something unique to the region. Also I like to drive around the fancy parts of town to see the nice houses and parks that rich people have is there a area that you think is good for that? I am driving my own car, staying right downtown and have four nights three days more or less, so far the only solid plans I have are to take the hop on hop off the first day and go to the Philly Philharmonic for a matinee on Friday. Food is a big deal to me so I plan on going to that market that people hype and I am kind of interested in finding some good Russian, Chinese and a Roast Pork Roll. What about an early morning walk that has some industrial shits, graffiti and an espresso spot, I usually roll about five miles a morning before the wife wakes up starting around sunrise.
  5. My wife commented on the doneness so I took the first two, shown, and made hers at less temp.
  6. @DRUNKEN-ASSHOLE-ONER any tips for my trip to Philly in a couple weeks?
  7. I just typed out a response but deleted it because I did not feel I had the correct credentials to speculate. Maybe that awkward feeling is autism.
  8. Chicken curry, spinach and Chard saag, raita.
  9. I am not Canadian but I have family there. My brother in law had brain cancer, the treatments he received included 3 brain surgeries and associated chemotherapies etc over the course of about five years. They successfully extended his life long enough for him to see both his kids graduate high school before he passed away. He was and his wife were scientists and had no real complaints about the care. With all of the visits and everything else the only expense they paid out of pocket was for parking on the day's of surgery, I think like 11 cad pesos per visit, so like 33 bucks total or something.
  10. Not quite the last thing... dinner last night. took the picture but forgot to post
  11. Just purchased a month of HBO to watch Tokyo Vice and see what else is up, anybody recommend the latest true detective or anything?
