you're travelling faster than fucking light, which is like the fastest shit ever. if you're travelling that fast, you could "arrive" where you're going before the light reflecting off of your body(where you started) reaches the eyes of whoever happened to be around when you "left". giving the illusion that you are still there, even for an instant, when you are not dang. i'd say the key word here is "claim"

If you have to go out of your way to find a primary care provider, do so. you'll probably have to drive a minute to the office, but you'll definitely find someone who can see you and is a provider for your Insurance. Later on you can always switch to a Dr who is closer in your area.
