@ndvtrue. I would never talk to home owners like that, though. I work with an interior designer that dreams up some shit for people and then calls me to come execute. She basically hands me off to the home owner and my price is my price. This level of customer is the dream and the people have all been super cool so far. But I come in swinging from my own dick like a psycho Tarzan when it's general contractors that are in a tough spot because they tried to subcontract out labor for bottom dollar. Fuck them. They are a dime a dozen and if they want their project finished, cough it up asshole. 🤣

Hah. I started cleaning up and finishing jobs that other contractors have abandoned. Like for example this past Monday I stained a 200 SQ ft deck. Top and underside. It was like $80 in stain and I bought 2 new deck brushes for $16 apiece. Charged $1750. The guy was like "Jesus fucking Christ man." I told him I'm getting $5 a SQ foot all day, I thought I was cutting you a deal. He said okay. The Friday before I went and painted some ceilings for a contractor that couldn't be fucked to come back and do it. I already had the paint. $900. Eat a dick. Was in and out in about 4 hours. This coming Wednesday, installing a bathroom vanity, faucet, p trap and a couple pieces of baseboard. $1200. I can't imagine this taking longer than 3 hours. I'm just done busting my ass trying to show people just how much I can do. They don't really care and neither do I. If you don't like my pricing there is some other jack ass down the road that will leave you in the same spot you're in now.

Shit. I'm only trying to work 2 or 3 days a week from now on anyway. And half days at that. So far so good.

I have sleep apnea. Need to get a sleep study done so I can get a machine. My dad has sleep apnea. I don't wake up though when I stop breathing. I just kinda kick start back to life and keep gettin it. Doctors say getting this shit in order could also help get my BP down naturally.

Both of my grandparents slept in separate rooms my entire life. It worked for them. My grand dad got to watch baseball all night and sleep peacefully by himself and during the day, they rocked out together.
