SwampFightOner
I had really horrible beef with my parents (especially my mom) from 15-18, which resulted in me getting kicked out many, many times until I turned 18 and moved out. I was a shitty kid, they were angry parents, me living there was just a really bad situation. Since then I've come to appreciate them both so much more, especially my mom. She's done shit for me that noone else would ever do, including risking everything she had to keep me from going back to prison. I can't go into details about it, but it was a really fucked up situation, and she came through for me like crazy...I won't ever forget that shit, love you ma. JUST THE TIP
my mom is one of my favorite people in the entire world. she is the kindest, most loving person you will ever meet. always been there for me, even when im being a total shithead. at 12 i had already been arrested for felony burg, arson, crim mischief, but moms ws always by my side and let me know that althought she hated a lot of the things i did, she loved me and always would. my mom had to retire early due to a disability, and when the doc told her that her spine was turning to jelly, instead of sitting around and feeling sorry for herself, she traveled the world and studied glass in murano italy with one of the finest glass artists in the world. she is fucking rad. she loves to smoke joints and share and teach her art with people. moms lived in SF in the early 70s and has sooo many crazy stories about the 60s and 70s. shes seen johnny cash, jefferson airplane, momms n poppas, janis joplin and a million bands i wish i had been around to see. she was at the SLC show when jim morrison was kicked out of utah for pulling his pants down in front of the crowd im sittin here in a hotel room in italy, waiting for my coffee to get ready, then off to the caravaggio exhibit. an artist that you turned me onto, mom. i thank you so much for raising me with an appreciation of art and theatre. you always told me to never be ashamed of myself as long as im honest and respectful to those around me. never sweat the small shit and fuck the world. we do it our own way, and it works.... love you momma, youre a brilliant, goofy and halarious person. wags
You are appreciated. Ya mothers day is coming up but whatevs this really aint about that. I moved from a city I loved were I knew almost everyone and had everything I ever wanted, I gave up all of it and moved to the mid west with nothing but a couple bags full of clothes and some random shit I could fit that I couldn't part with to come here and help her out with things. My mom is now disabled and was having a really hard time maintaining her house she was basically given by my grandma because of her condition. I have been here since January and still have no friends really just acquaintances at the bar i work at , have no personal space, and am basically miserable all the time... My life pretty much sucks fucking ass but when I think about her nothing else really matters and I get a feeling of joy and a smile. Love you mom, Jason Moms are the shit, show some appreciation if you gots it. :) i love my moms soooo much. single mom and i definitely appreciate her for it. didn't you move to milwaukee?? we can be friends! :D cheer up, Jason holllla

DonCheadle
The first thing I remember knowing, Was a lonesome whistle blowing, And a young un's dream of growing up to ride; On a freight train leaving town, Not knowing where I'm bound, No-one could change my mind but Mama tried. One and only rebel child, From a family, meek and mild: My Mama seemed to know what lay in store. Despite all my Sunday learning, Towards the bad, I kept on turning. 'Til Mama couldn't hold me anymore. And I turned twenty-one in prison doing life without parole, No-one could steer me right but Mama tried, Mama tried, Mama tried to raise me better, but her pleading, I denied. That leaves only me to blame 'cos Mama tried.
