lately :Chicken and chorizo paella

before:

fried rice - though It's semi gluggy (might just be me)

pancakes some times (two at a time is better than 1 at a time)

 

i guess you could do stir fires in it but it lacks the tossability of a wok

(not sure what it's called when you do that chef food thing where it flips and over

imagine it could work for shallow frying schnitzels or fries but not tried it.
