423894
I had a Min Royce Union back in the 7th grade, until I lost the key for my bike lock and had to leave it overnight. Needless to say it wasn't there the following day.

Fist 666
I bought a 99 schwinn matt pohlkamp off my brother's brother in law for $50 with the intent of moving parts onto my 96 Redline 444. Namely the 97 ish profile cranks and chainring and chris king headset and clean tektro brakes. I'd forgotten how much of a pain sealed bearings are to remove, I can't make these things budge so I'm gonna go look for a bottom bracket tomorrow. I have the feeling thats a piece I'll have to order.

Fist 666
hey brickos: a standard sealed American BB from mid/late 90s would be 22mm right?
earmuffs
anyone know how or if it would be possible to install a coaster brake? my son who is 5 has a fit bike, but isnt too quick on the hand brake I know I could easily find a crappy rim with one but I'd like to keep the original one on there
Fist 666
I don't think so, the mechanism is part of the hub, so unless you do a complete rebuild of his wheel I don't think it would work. I'd say you have 2 options: pain/crashing is a learning tool or replace the whole wheel. I'm assuming 16" wheels?
earmuffs
i think so.. Just gonna leave it as it is. finally replaced the seat. had one of those combined ones that was pointed up. Got him a pivotal so he can actually sit on it.
