I don't mind doing this kind of stuff for people once in a while, but if you don't want to get a bad case of the "STFU n00bz", just do a little research on your own. I remember Canadian bacon as having a more baconlike, rubbery texture, and ham being less rubbery...almost like roast beef, really tender.
