AyeBee Posted June 13, 2006 Author Share Posted June 13, 2006 where do you live? do you have a backyard? how long will the dog be alone during the day? are you planing to move in the future? do you have roommates? parents? i reeeeaaallly suggest doing a ton of research before committing to take in a dog from the shelter... it would be really shitty if you got a rad dog that wasnt the right fit and had to bring him back having a dog is a HUGE commitment, not a rebound thingy. negative nancy oner. That being said get a dingo or canaan dog. ^my favorite dog. so cute and very smart. both those breeds are hard to get in the US so maybe a basenji would be a good choice. aka barkless dog. beagles are a cool dog but the yodeling drives me nuts. She pretty much just sleeps, and chills, and eats... not a yippyyapping type dog. and her name is suki (soo-key). No gay ironic names here.
