BELTOLEUM Posted December 7, 2010 Share Posted December 7, 2010 When i made pen ink i was told to do 100 pens to 1 cup of alcohol i cut that in half i did 100 pens to 1/2 cup of alcohol, plus i added a little bit of oink that was left in a dried up mop.
