  1. Yes, this is how it works. This definately helps. This also means: If you want to quit, get yourself busy / work. So you have another reason not to get wasted. It helps. Also you earn money and are able to buy cool shit / yummy food etc. - reward yourself - which is also very motivating. No. Yes. First I didn't drink because I was afraid I'd fall back into old habits, then I realised that being drunk really isn't something that I want. I began to dislike drunk people, many friends among them, really acting like assholes / loosers. Also when you think of it, it's actually not that much of a great "high", is it.
  2. There's no neg rep anymore on here : ] That was a great post of yours in a way - you got it figured out pretty good, in detail. I can tell you honestly that stopping is not really fun, but it really isn't as hard as everybody makes it out to be. Just do it. Staying sober feels like it's "work" at the beginning, but also you begin to feel pretty good about yourself rather quickly. Best of luck man!
  3. ..why the fuck does pizza in the states have to be so damn greasy ??
  4. ..Firefox as well - don't think it's a browser issue, but a server issue on 12oz' side. Refreshing the page sometimes does the trick for me sometimes.
  5. Hey K, nice to hear you're good & having fun, also nice to see you're putting that camera to good use. You've got to make a book at some point, seriously, t'would be a shame if you didn't.. By the way what's up with those zines you were talking about? Sunny greetings from Berlin! _\m/
  6. @nsmbfan ..refreshing the page sometimes works as well - I just didn't see the images either, after refreshing the page two times they showed up though..
  7. Oh hello there - don't let this scare you off, and also don't let that HOMO DUNGEON SUPERTHREAD that's basically the only active "sticky" thread - and therefore right on top of the fucking page pretty much all the time - scare you off either!
  8. Sometimes (like one time out of three I visit the site) pictures don't show for me on desktop either (Win 7 / FF). Like, most of them don't work. Sometimes refreshing the page helped, other times it didn't..
  9. ..needs more arrows. Seriously though - what the fuck man, "inpired by street art" lmao..
  10. new video here - http://uk.complex.com/music/2015/04/young-fathers-new-video-premiere-shame
  11. While I was aware of pretty much all you said it still made me think. So yes, it looks like this site is not very future-proof in that aspect, and it may have been wise to build it differently from the ground up, I agree. Still (maybe I'm a bit old fashioned) I wonder who the fuck does real browsing, including reading a lot of text (like in forums as this) on their fucking smartphones. Also (but I guess this is different in the US) I know nobody who really surfs the net from their game console. People just use their computer / laptops, which are ideal for this. So while I agree that pixels are an outdated concept in a way, I at the same time do not think it's absolutely necessary to please everybody and cater for every fucking device. Give it some months and people expect to be able to read the new york fucking times on their apple watch..
  12. Cool, wasn't aware @-mentions work here. I did write you a PM though ;) Have a good one, and keep up the good work (when / if you can) ! Cheers.
  13. That's some proper feedback I guess.. For me, [ctrl] + [+] increases all the things. How do you increase the font size?
  14. I want to suggest something concearning navigation on 12Prophet forums. It's pretty much about what happens when you scroll down, and what you're left with on the bottom of a page. When I scroll down, some things disappear, to save screen space I guess: the stuff on the top right of the page (user "quick"-menu, Inbox, Alerts), as well as the forum / subforum-navigation (like News > Forum > Discussion Channels > Channel Zero). What stays there is the "Mark Forums Read", "Search Forums" etc. line. Actually I think it would be more useful to have it the other way around. When I'm done reading a page / at the end of a thread, I'd like to see my other alerts, or go one level up (like back to Chanel Zero) - for this stuff I have to scroll all the way back up. The "Mark Forums Read" / "Search Forums" etc. line is completely useless for me at that point. What would be great at the bottom of a page: to have another line with the forum / sub-forum navigation! Or something like the "quick jump" menu of the old forum (which was basically a navigation-line hidden in a dropdown-menu). Cheers.
  15. Today the images show (yesterday I only got this "broken image" placeholder). Firefox 36 on Win 7 here..
