  1. Great Lakes Commodore Perry is decent and usually 7.99. Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA is pretty available and not too pricey. Dogfish 60min isn't quite as good as the 90, but at least you get 6 of them for around 10 bucks instead of 4. But maaan is that 90min delicious.

  7. I'm not tryin to argue or anything, but I think he is just more obsessed with mexican cuisine. I can completely understand after eating the stuff. The only other food I'm that obsessed with is pho. That said, I'm glad he's white and that obsessed with the Messicans. He bridges the gap for other whiteys and makes the traditional flavors easy to replicate in our american kitchens.

  10. queso fresco is really delicious crumbled on enchiladas. Asadero or chihuahua would also be good if you want something more melty. Might have to hit up the mercado to find them though.

Cook your omelet pretty low, and when it starts to set at the edges, sort of lift them a little or even push to the middle slightly and let the runny egg from top run underneath. do it a few times. then you won't have brown bottom and runny top. shit will set up more evenly.
