golden fluids are good for glazing, tinting the heavier body paints, mixing with mediums, etc. they are thin and concentrated. The golden in the tubes or jars are super buttery, a nice consistency, and good coverage with most of the colors. im assuming you want to lay down a flat color without a lot of coats. Don't use golden fluids for that, use the shit in the tubes. the fluids are more for the things I mentioned above. I really love golden, but winsor newton and liquitex acrylics are good as well. If you have a dick blick or utrecht or anything, they sell their own brands that are quality and probably a little cheaper.
