  1. It’s the exact same thing. If this was real evidence, something would be happening. It’s a witch hunt. Just like the democrats had on trump. Everything both guys have been accused of is probably true, but nothing will ever come from it. It’s a stage act.
  2. Do you guys know that Hunter Biden isn’t running for president?
  3. This. And also, if you can’t get laid, get jacked and tan. I cannot stress this enough.
  4. When you’re jacked and tan, you will get laid no matter how you act. Problem solved. /thread
  5. This is hands down the weirdest thread on here
  6. Bicycles, Fishing, weights, teaching my son how to do outdoorsy things, music, reading, anything space related. No particular order. Just enjoy life when life is good.
  7. @Elena Delle Donne Do you use Robin hood?
  8. Checking out a few fishing holes in the hammock to see if anyone is catching. (No one was). Got some poke on the way home. New kid made it so it’s not aesthetically pleasing. Probably the last nice day in Cleveland for the year. Glad I got to spend it in the woods.
  9. I couldn’t watch. Too frustrating. Imma need one alt right bro and one commie bro to give their synopses.
  10. Only intervene if we can exploit land and resources
  11. Yeah I used Lynda and good old fashioned self motivated studying to get my career (that has been taken from me. Thanks Covid/Obama). My job requires a degree as well, but I genuinely feel that, unless you’re going into the medical field, there’s really no reason to waste your money on school when everything you need to know is online. I learned an entirely new language for free thanks to the internet. It’s all a matter of self discipline when it comes to that. Some people need the school structure and accountability that comes along with it in order to learn.
  12. They all derive from a William Gibson novel called the Neuromancer.
  13. Where I get confused is how people can praise the electoral college but also push the agenda of having little government as possible. This is another subject entirely, but same goes with republicans who are hardcore police state but say they don’t want the government dictating what they do. It’s contradictory. Edit: also appreciate being able to debate with people who think differently than I do. Maybe if more people were willing to have these talks, our country wouldn’t be so polarized.
  14. I suppose that came off more callus than I intended. Education is definitely not synonymous with intelligence. I don’t have a degree. I also don’t consider myself particularly intelligent. Although I am capable of critical thought. Which was what I was eluding to. What I meant was that having greater access to education give more opportunity to have access to knowledge. Thinking critically depends on the person, but having options in the city that aren’t available to those in rural areas May give someone who isn’t a self starter and opportunity to think differently. Saying that, cities are also riddled with herd following commies that hide behind their education.
  15. the states wouldn’t have a vote. The people in the states as individuals would have votes. And yes more people live in those states.
  16. The people don’t vote for the president. The electors do. The popular vote, which is the cumulative results of the votes of the people themselves, does not matter. What matters is winning the most electoral votes. Al Gore also won the popular vote in 2000. The system is able to be manipulated. Large populated areas, like the east coast, and California, etc. Will always vote Democrat. They have dense population of highly educated people. Which is why the republicans, over the course of the last 60 some years, have worked themselves into being the party of rural America. Win those states and you won’t lose. But what states are the most important are ones like Michigan, Florida, and Ohio. 50/50 states that have large cities but also rural land, and a good amount of electoral votes. So in reality, a vote in California means less than mine does. The population of those three states as a whole is roughly the same as the population of California, but has 12 more electoral votes. Therefore, my vote means more. Not all votes are created equal in the presidential election. It’s a rigged system. Not set up by the people, but elected officials from hundreds of years ago who didn’t anticipate the population growth, or expect the system to last long term. edit: dated map. Trying to find a recent one.
  17. the electoral college was implemented by the same type of people Trump is supposedly going to save America from. Not the people.
  18. Saying the people voting for him isn’t an accurate statement. Not a cop out. Just a fact. The people voted for Hilary. The system voted for trump.
  19. Technically the citizens elected Hilary. She got 2.87 million more votes than Trump did. Trump won the electoral college. Which is a bullshit system that gives more power to peoples votes in certain states.
  20. Yuan is Chinese - Yen is Japanese. Japans tight
