  1. From what ive heard fedor doesnt want to join ufc because as he put it, they dont treat the fighters like humans. there was an article that addressed the main points, being: 1. There is no outside competition alowed. i.e. Fedor would not be able to partake in sambo fights for russia, he said that he doesnt get paid for those sambo fights, he does it for pride of country. 2. Any merchandising, any sponsorship, any endorsment deals would go directly to the ufc and the fighters cannot get any of it. 3. IF fedor keeps his undefeated streak he will not be released from his contract until he is no longer undefeated. (seriously) 4. if fedor loses his undefeated streak, he will be fired whenever dana white wants to fire him. those were the main points, he also said that the contract was 19 pages long and referenced randy coutours fight with ufc when he tried to leave the company when he was champion and the company wouldnt allow him to fight in any other promotion.

Why was the blackrock (slave ship) in the background of the opening scene? Why did they call him "ricardos"? How did he become immortal? Is Juliet Dead? Is Sayid Dead? Will they be transported back into time to the future where nothing happens? Motherfuckers.

  11. I have an itouch and it's pretty badass. my friend just got an iphone and it works fucking amazingly. however the bill would be about 100 overall with the data package and texts and such. the itouch is the iphone without the unlimited internet access (seeing as how itouch has to connect to a wifi network as opposed to being on the at&t network), notes, and a phone. you can use the iphone without the contract, and then when the time comes, (you getting a job, or 2nd job) then get the contract.

  13. i just heard this on the news, it reminded me of that chuck palawhatever's story Guts. 6-year-old Edina girl severely injured in pool The suction of a drain in the pool at a St. Louis Park club pulled out part of the child's intestinal tract. What was supposed to be a pleasant summer day at the swimming pool turned into a horrific experience Friday for a 6-year-old Edina girl. Abigail Taylor was severely injured by the strong suction of a pool drain in a wading pool at the Minneapolis Golf Club. On Tuesday, she remained hospitalized in serious condition at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. A portion of Abigail's intestinal tract was pulled out of her body and could not be repaired, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press. A woman who answered the telephone at the Taylor home on Tuesday night said the family would have no further comment. The St. Louis Park Fire Department responded to the incident, but no additional information was available. The Taylors are members of Minneapolis Golf Club, which is located in St. Louis Park. The club has sent out e-mail updates to members about the incident, and the main pool has been reopened. Minneapolis Golf Club manager Ray Clemas did not immediately return a message seeking comment. Abigail's injury is by no means unique. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, pool entrapment happens when part of a person's body is held against the drain by the suction of the circulation pump. Entrapment can occur when a drain cover is loose or broken, which increases the suction level. Older pools present a greater hazard because most newer pools have multiple drains so less suction is created when an opening is blocked. In a 2005 report, the commission reported 74 cases of body entrapment -- 13 of which resulted in death -- since 1990. Most of the deaths occurred when a child's hair became entangled in drain grates, resulting in drowning. The commission found two cases of young children suffering evisceration/disemboweling in wading pools between 1990 and 2004. Both survived. "If the grate or cover is unfastened, broken or missing, the potential for incident exists," the report said. "When the child's buttocks cover the drain opening, the resulting suction force can eviscerate the child through the ruptured rectum. A small change in pressure is sufficient to cause such injury extremely quickly." In 2005, a 3-year-old boy from Orange County, Calif., was sucked up against a hot-tub drain and disemboweled. He survived.

  20. Round Seven: De la Hoya steps it up again, trapping Mayweather in the corner with a solid combination, but Mayweather is landing with the crisper punches. However, De la Hoya finishes with an eye-catching rally, and that may have nicked the round. BBC score: Oscar 10-9 Floyd Round Six: Good hand speed from De la Hoya, digging a flurry of body shots into Mayweather's ribs. Mayweather misses with three swingeing right hands before De la Hoya lands with a good overhand right. Mayweather landed with some good shots from range and I have that as even. BBC score: Oscar 10-10 Floyd Round Five: Mayweather comes out of the blocks quickest in the fifth, but De la Hoya is matching Mayweather's hand speed thus far. Mayweather struggling to penetrate the high guard of De la Hoya, but he does get through with a right-hand counter and De la Hoya's knees sag slightly. De la Hoya comes back with two clubbing right hands before Mayweather connects with another picture-perfect right - best round so far, Mayweather steals it. De la Hoya looking ragged all of a sudden, Mayweather looking slick. BBC score: Oscar 9-10 Floyd Round Four: A couple of good right hands from De la Hoya and Mayweather is shaking his right hand - he's had problems with his hands in the past. Still Mayweather's single shots having little affect. De la Hoya pins Mayweather on the ropes and gives him a flurry of left hands to the ribs - Mayweather getting bullied. De la Hoya blocking most of Mayweather's punches and the champion is bossing this at the moment - Mayweather not really in it. BBC score: Oscar 10-9 Floyd Round Three: De la Hoya looking steely, ploughing forward and harrying Mayweather with some solid combinations - Mayweather is looking slightly non-plussed at the moment. Single shots from Floyd, but nothing hurtful so far. Another round for the Golden Boy and Mayweather is going to have to find some answers - and find them fast. He looks very apprehensive thus far. BBC score: Oscar 10-9 Floyd Round Two: More success for De la Hoya in the second, making Mayweather look uncomfortable with some good combinations. Not much aggression from Mayweather, who's happy to stay out of range, and that's De la Hoya's round. BBC score: Oscar 10-9 Floyd Round One: No great dramas in the opening round. Mayweather fighting fom distance, jumping in and using his hand speed to land several jabs. De la Hoya lands with one decent right hand and a flurry of body blows, but it was marginally Mayweather's round. BBC score: Oscar 9-10 Floyd
