Its Arrachera, or flank steak, i get it at my butcher shop for real real cheap.
Guys, normally i bbq it, high heat/directly over the coals, real quick, its easy.
but that shit i wanted to cook it real slow, at a low heat, so i could add in some slow cooking veggies and then rice once it was done cooking in the rice steamer.
If i had cooked it at a real high heat i woulda had some over cooked meat.
Plus i'm lazy, and only wanted to use one frying pan.
It still tasted amazing, come over and try some, still got some leftovers.
