Trying this right now. I agree, it's solid and not too spicy. This was super good in October. One of my favorite fall beers. (not to be confused with the pumpkinhead ale) I think a lot of the holiday beers right now are trash. Anyone try the Vertical Epic yet?

More and more recently I've become anti-Starbucks, just due to their rabbit breeding nature and tendency to push out smaller businesses. But in a pinch, I'd still drink it, because it's strong and somewhat flavorful... Did you locals hear they just opened a Philz coffee in Berkeley? they're my new favorite. every cup is fresh ground and made to order. a little on the pricey side, but it's strong enough to redeem itself.

Any of you hear of http://librivox.org/ yet? Not much a fan of books on tape, but you can either listen to or read books in the public domain... kinda cool. Also, rereading Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart at the moment.
