Is this the Very you are talking about? This guy literally had Bali (indonessia) on lock. I dont think i could ever walk anywhere without seeing him up and the penalties in indo are A LOT harsher than japan ive heard about tourists getting jail time for drunken bar fights.

^ Exactly! And thats the way it should be, why is it the customers problem if you get $2 an hour? Say you order a $20 dish you have to factor in the 10% tax (depending on state) then you have to double the tax and leave that as a tip so you end up paying 30% more for your meal, not to mention some idiot who doesnt stop showing up at your table filling up your glasses and telling lame jokes when your trying to hang out with your friends which is all fake as hell or female waitresses pretending to find you attractive/flirting all because they want you to leave a tip.. Sales tax is also frustrating, why cant they just factor it into the price like they do here with our GST? And why are there so many god damn toll booths every where you go?! Also when i call someone in the US, why do they have to pay for the god damn call as well, over here the person who made the call pays, and thats the way it is in most countries.
