He moved to Florida for motorcycle school and when he came back he tried to get his job back with his same company and they offered him $10. 😂 That shit feels mad personal though. I think they start their service techs at like 70k company van, insurance Beni's. Plus the mark up they have on units is outrageous. Nah. You'll be good. It'll just make a bright pop and everything should cut off at the breaker. Just don't be hangin on to the bare wire and you'll be fine. I've also found a screw driver works pretty good. Just don't be touchin the metal hits.

@NightmareOnElmStreetI have a neat trick to find out which black wire is the one supplying the power to all the other ones. Take that loose white wire and touch it to one of the blacks one at a time. You'll know when you find the right one.

12/2 Hook in your white to that big plug of whites. Hook the black wire to the one hot wire in there. Hook up your grounds and pull the wire to where ever you want it to go.
