i've seen some good recommendations on here and am glad that i've been pretty good at sort of predicting what i think most of you want. 12oz emails have been on the drawing board for a long time, but we're still wrestling with the technical hurdles. i'm sure it'll happen one day though. interviews and features and all that will eventually happen as well. for now i've been sort of concentrating on developing the framework for additional user contributed content (like the boards, but something else), so that's probably what will come next. as far as the forum... the props button isnt too big a deal, so i can bring that back when i get some time. changing the thread start for noobs isnt too touch either. i'm not going to recombine the forum. actually, i'm still considering breaking it up further because brickslayers is a mess with every thread having become it's own mini-forum. other then that, i'm not too sure how more can be done here. it'd be great to see a big influx of interesting personalities, but that's kind of up to you guys. that said, i'm really hoping you guys make good use of the invites and start spreading the word to people that could contribute to the good times and re-energize the forum which is great for all of us. if anyone needs invites cause they want to start inviting people that genuinely deserve to be here, email me how many invites you need and a line or two about why you want that person on thhe boards for each invite you request, and i'll hook it up. anyhow, keep the ideas and talk going. perhaps some real good can come of this.

when i'm saying new sections, i'm not even discussing the board. i mean other sections of the site as in besides a forum.

most these commenst seem to be fine tuning the forum. i'm still waiting for the conversation on new sections and / or new content to start up. i'm also surprised that with the cult following of tens of thousands we seem to have on this, that this thread is getting so little activity. this is a chance to pipe up and maybe get a bunch of new stuff added to whats already here, so take advantage.

when you subscribe to a thread you can also find a full list of them in your USER CP. that way you can review the list and see which has new posts.

its called subscribe. look at the 'thread tools' in the threads your interested in highlighting.

you can view comments, you just have to be on the entry's page. every blog operates like that.

its actually a darker grey then it was before. i cant make it much darker without having to redo the buttons which i'm trying to avoid. the edit button, was always disabled after a certain time period. i believe it's like an hour or something. this is so you have ample time to fix typos and add shit you left off, but not so much time that we have to deal with kids starting shit, then deleting it and denying it. i'm looking more for the 'bigger picture' type stuff.

alright, keeping with the 12oz themed threads, i figured i'd make this a little useful in addtion to being entertaining (hopefully). anyhow, i'd like to believe most of you are aware of the new 12oz sections, most notably the blogs on the main index page - http://www.12ozprophet.com now, i'm sort of thinking about what the next phase of it should be. i have a few ideas for where i'd like to take things, but before i taint your own opinions, i'd like to hear what the general populace has to say... seems like the vast majority liked the invite only forum, and so far the '10 posts before noobs can start a thread' has been well recieved. also, when we switced to the newest grey forum design people seem to be digging the new look / design. so what's your opinions on the site in general (forum, blog, gallery, etc)? what would you like to see in the future? what have you already seen on other sites that would be great to see on 12oz? nows your chance to speak up and help improve things so we can all waste even more time on here together (/no homo). i'm hoping people really take the time to give well thought out answers and good suggestions. i'm not making promises, but if anyone suggests something that we haven't already thought of, and i like it enough to develop it, i'd be happy to kick coupon code and product from http://www.fourthehardway.com

in all honesty, most brazilian chicks i've seen out there that you'd consider hot, we're heaps finer then the girls in this thread. i think this thread is actually making them look bad.

i know a certain mod that met a certain member and is having a kid which is totally the result of meeting on 12oz.

personally i'm aware of at least a couple of relationships that started on 12oz and eventually led to babies. kinda crazy that 12oz has matured to the point that people can meet on here and get married or start families and all that. anyhow, i was really curious as to what extent this has happened on out boards? hopefully you guys fill in the gaps, but i'd like to know how many people have had dated, married, or had a baby with another user off our boards.
