there's really no such thing as a native new yorker. from day one its been a magnet for people looking for opportunity and will always continue to be so. being born in new york doesnt give anyone the privilege of not having to compete for their slice of the pie, and all the complaints about non-new yorkers just sound like a kid crying over spilled milk.

for williamsburg your only real options are word of mouth, craigs list, and http://apartmentsandlofts.com if it's not williamsburg you can also try http://www.citi-habitats.com/ but those are all pretty high priced apts. my experience is that anything else is a waste, and that word of mouth goes a long way.

seems like we've got a super shitty Aleca.com ranking despit eteh monster traffic you guys generate. my best guess is most of you, like me, don't give a shit about installing the Alexa tool bar, which in turn means that all that traffic isn't being recorded, and thus results in our shitty rank. anyhow, i'm hoping i can convince you guys to help support 12oz by installing this dumb toolbar thing so that we can get a better representation on Alexa of what this site is like. it doesn't cost anything, take 3 seconds to install, and is otherwise unnoticable... download from here: http://www.alexa.com/site/download thanks for the help...
