KILZ FILLZ
Some background     https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salton_Sea   —————   the homie kidnapped me for a day in the Wild West. Even though this area is only a couple hundred miles from where I’ve grown up I've never been. Alway heard about it though. The salton sea was once a vacation destination but the water became too polluted and salty killing all the fish.  slab city is basically where you go if you don’t want to be found. A giant desert commune of sorts. Homie was saying the population had really boomed since covid hit and there are way more Rv out there now than before.  ————  In the drive out, scenery is already bizarre. Crazy rock formations all over. Looks like rattlesnake country to me.         passing through el centro, below sea level already       Stopped for supplies at a tiny corner store         abandoned farms all over  1

KILZ FILLZ
Next stop: BOMBAY BEACH  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombay_Beach,_California  Bombay Beach was once a popular getaway for beachgoers until the 1980s, the draining and increasing salinity of the Salton Sea. The population declined for years and the buildings were rotting away; however, by 2018, a number of people had moved into the area. An article in The Guardianstated that it was "enjoying a rebirth of sorts with an influx of artists, intellectuals and hipsters who have turned it into a bohemian playground."[6] The Bombay Beach Biennale, an annual art festival, is held here.
