xen
when i took typing my freshman year, on an ibm selectric i still had hair halfway down my back. i would hang my bangs in my face so she couldn't see that i was looking from my book to the typewriter ( i was so smooth) and using the 2 finger method, which i still use to this day. it was also great for sniffing white out. earl broclo ESQ
It's funny to think that some of you have never really lived without the internet. You probably never used the Dewey Decimal system or Encyclopedias. You've probably never kept in touch with someone through written word or called a "chat line" that wasn't porn. You're probably more accustomed to getting your porn online and not in a wet garbage bag in the woods. It's also funny how I do all my job hunting online now. I remember when it was all foot work and want ads in different newspapers. You kids today. Never used a rotary phone. Hell, probably never used a pay phone to call collect to your parents, only to yell "COME PICK ME UP" when the operator asked you to state your name. Amen Remember walking straight up to girls you liked and making an impression on her by relying on your ability to talk; you know... being truly personable. Not having to rely on multiple streams of "social" networks via face-book etc. to "meet" and "know" people. Also, calling people(landline), to call other people, to call more people, for parties. earl broclo ESQ
Also, calling people(landline), to call other people, to call more people, for parties. I remember certain parties where you'd call a number to get directions to a pay phone, to call a number, to get directions to...... I wish people still did that kind of shit. Now it's probably "follow me on 4 square to find out where I am" or "Check our tweets!" If you have to follow tweets to a party, I hope you get violently raped at the end of a tunnel. <-----Grump Old Man Society, member for life.
