Everyone should watch the Long Way Down. That shit is some real fucking touring. Makes me want to drop 17k on a BMW GS1200, Belstaff gear and and enroll in some advanced riding courses STAT.

 

I also really like taking passengers on 500+ lb bikes, because passengers not used to being passengers tend to scare me on featherweight sportbikes. 500+ lb touring bike, they can do whatever the fuck they want back there.

How do your spoked wheels have dents from hitting a pothole? You mean they're out of true? Or you mean you dropped the bike?

 

The rules to spoked rims on motorcycle are almost identical to that of bicycle spoked rims. If they were built right, they should be stronger than mags. 24k isnt anything. Get get them trued.

That said, mags, especially magstars, on a harley are just wrong. And stop calling them rims.
