Not to say they will, but be ready. If you pleaded 'guilty' during interview you'll also get a reduced sentence. Hopefully you kept your mouth shut and the CCTV they have on you isn't that great.. This is a while ago, but a judge gave a writer 5 YEARS for quite a hefty amount of damage over a long period of time - then the next day gave someone 18 months for manslaughter. Being a non-UK citizen I doubt you will go down, I would imagine you will get a real hefty fine and they may confiscate your passort until it is cleard. Oh, and about two weeks ago, some kid from near me got 90 days FOR ONE TAG.
