Stupid Kid
wow that mountain pic is good. and as for the iso, i think its pretty easy to notice on my camera and mine is a d70. usually I just keep my iso at 400 it seems to balance everything out the way I want
optimus prime
Thanks. I shoot at ISO200 99.9% of the time, if I can shoot with a tripod I will... Carrying an extra 6 pounds is rough on some of the long trips, it's worth it... it is one of the best purchases I have made. Mt. Washington / Tuckerman Ravine / Naked Trees / Can I get some Clouds? bahleediddy
on the topic of sharpening... i always sharpen when digital outputting. variations of the unsharp mask work well in photoshop. an add-on to photoshop, "noise ninja" works well when film grain becomes an issue in large scale photographs. For Placement Only
smart sharpen is the way to go. the current trend that i notice is over sharpening with a large radius and over using the shadow/highlight tool.

Issac Brock
I have been meaning to comment on this one. Where's this at? It reminds me of a port in PR that you arrive at when you head to the Bacardi Distillery. Well you have given me love, but I thank you for more love. Its in Detroit in the Eastern market. On saturdays the place is full of people and farmers selling their produce, any other day it is a ghost town. This was one of those days. Oh, and its on an old minolta xg-1 35mm. in other brock news that little to no one is interested in but I announce anyway, www.notraces.com has always been awesome, but lately it has just inspired me to do more work with film. I bought myself an eos 650..first eos camera canon made. It uses all the same EF and EF-S lenses so I am set to start using film for the first time in a long while. I'm very excited about that. Issac Brock
Thanks bro. Theme: Isolation Which I guess could be applied to any 'good' photo, because the subject is often isolated...but I'm lazy. Work with it.
Santos L Halper
Is that in the airplane graveyard santos? Its probably not the one your thinking of. It’s a restoration yard off of “junk yard road”. cool place. If you ask nice they’ll let you in.
