Raqqa is patrolled by morality brigades and residents who have sex outside marriage or who are deemed to be gay face execution.
The introduction of the new skinny jean law was revealed by the anti-ISIS group, Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently (RBSS), which gets its information from people inside the region.
