Retards: The easiest way to make progress is to keep track of everything you're doing and set targets to beat every time you goto the gym. If you have no idea what you've been doing, you'll have no idea how you're going to get where you want to be. There is so much free info on the internet. Go find it and educate yourself, find new workouts, and master your mechanics. You need to push yourself more than you are. A lot more. Step 1: Set a goal.
  12. Bout to go ball at the gym. Only time I shoot baskets is when no one is there. I have 3 disadvantages to ever being good at basketball: 1-I'm white, 2-I'm white, and 3-I'm white. Then, I'm going to the bar for bloody Mary's and Blackhawk Hockey.
