My favorite is just plain old fresh sashimi over rice with wasabi sandwiched between the sashimi and rice. I'm pretty sure wasabi was originally used to preserve and chemically cook the sashimi but I'm no expert. When I went to Japan I hit this super nice spot where everything was fresh, like hours ago it was swimming fresh. They had fresh wasabi which looked like the roots of some aquatic plant and a grinder for it. So good, one of the best meals I've ever eaten hands down.

This: I took a screen shot of the folders and then a screen shot of the tools. Not good with any of it yet but I've heard from people who make a living at this that it's the only way to go. I guess I should learn how to use it properly since it's basically a grand or so sitting on my hard drive.
