Well actually Swindles... some areas in California are pretty rough to be homeless in. I was thinking about this new 'sit & lie' law that recently passed in San Fransisco. Making it illegal and potentially an arrestable offense for people to sit or lie down on the cities streets. Like for real. It's a law mainly directed at the crumb snatchers and gutter punks which line the Haight Ashburry district on the daily. I think my idea was an attempt to trump that stupid fucking law. I think.
