good advice from misterblunt. i overdo the dairy thing by drinking lots of milk....but its got protein in it...i just drink the fat free milk 90 kcals per cup.

when i went to NYC (shortly after 9-11), they had tours to the statue blocked off...i had to take the staten island fairy to staten island just to get close enough to the statue to see it. i would of much rather have seen it on a booze cruise!

^that sounds like it would be fun! norm mcdonald was supposed to be doing standup here next month but he cancelled..they replaced him with that laurie kilmartin lady from last comic standing...shes pretty funny...but im biased because shes a local.

oh and if you dont know who bill burr is, you might remember him as one of the white commentators on the chappelle's show racial draft sketch. damn i miss the chappelle show...so many good standup comics made guest appearances...including paul mooney.

just finished listening to bill burr's last comedy album (the one i posted in vip)....pretty funny shit. i was also listening to david cross's older album....was funny, but not as much as bill burr is.

^yeah, on one of greg giraldo's comedy albums, hes talking about how were getting more and more lazy as technology advances and in 1000 years were going to evolve into just a big fat ass with fingers and an eyeball.
