shit, i was talking to my homegirl about them last saturday as we were walking back to her car.
she said her old personal trainer made her do them.
so i told her if she did 5, i'd do 10 of them.
so, she did 5 in tight jeans and high heals right there on the sidewalk.
I got to about 8 and was super winded...and i run a mile and a half 4 to 5 times a week!
