good forearm strength and grip are important.
i need to work on both...i currently use wrist straps for heavy lifting, and i need to get around to reading that grip book casek posted a while back.
true...around the age of 12/13, I would ask for about $3 everyday (during the summer) walk to the local pizza place and order breadsticks and play streetfighter 2 and NBA Jam all day long.
