@ndvyou should post that shit directly to Joe morelle. On Xitter or whatever. He'd probably instantly be like " OMG how do I undo this potential bill."

I wish I had an account or I would,  that is considering I have really good opsec because if the feds are talking about passing laws and some states are claiming a felony offense for this type of content.  It's gonna take more than a VPN to hide your identity in some cases. Specially posting images directly to his account.

I don't know, the news wasn't specific in the broadcast and I failed to look it up since it's breaking and trying to Google this, I felt I would be chasing ghosts at this point due to key words and paid ads.

Maybe perhaps there really isn't any states yet, and the media is gaslighting.

@LUGR at this current moment all I can find is this on ai regulation https://epic.org/the-state-of-state-ai-laws-2023/

and this story https://ctnewsjunkie.com/2024/01/26/lawmakers-to-consider-outlawing-types-of-ai-generated-pornography/

labeling ai porn photos as "non-consensual intimate images".  So apparently, looks like states may follow this "non-consensual" suit perhaps.

But non of these stories I posted links to clearly state pornograpgic imagery.  Unless I completely missed reading something which isn't surprising. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/states-turn-attention-regulating-ai-deepfakes-2024-rcna135122

I was reading a related article on different news site that linked to this story.

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2024/jan/05/metaverse-sexual-assault-vr-game-online-safety-meta

Something I have never heard of before.

I really have no interest in the VR stuff. My eyes blur up and start to hurt after staring it a phone screen for awhile. I bet they would really get screwed up staring at a screen an inch away from the all day.

The only thing she can prove in court, is that fact that her fans made those images go viral.  She's gonna have to prove the said or a specific image actually went viral.  Far as I have noticed no a single image was displayed in media proving to prove her merit.   Again, the only catalyst that made any image of her that is proven to be AI generated to go viral was her fans.

If I was the presiding judge in the case I would toss it out.  Show me proof.

There's a bunch of conspiracy theorists that say the entire AI outrage regarding Taylor Swift is manufactured, and the Biden administration who Taylor works closely with is using it as a way to regulate/control AI, and memes in general. These photoshopped images & AI mockeries are actually a great free speech tool for expressing discontent with politicians.

No AI for this image:

It could also be that AI has gotten huge, Taylor Swift's fame has reached its peak and Biden is trying to start mission impossible with some AI regulation. Granted maybe the Taylor Swift thing has been a catalyst but I doubt they are in collusion.

I think a little bit of both are true. Democrats generally want to regulate, control, or tax anything. At the same time, Taylor has hit a high note in her career pulling in big numbers over this last year, and with her either faked, or real relationship with a football star making headlines, she's become the new "it" girl of this era. Paris, and Kim K def aren't ever going to make a comeback, leaving the door open for a mid with no booty to try to grift her way in to top spot.

That said, I've noticed something else pretty interesting. Conservatives & Libertarians tend to be fully retarded when it comes to presenting their perspective to the public, myself included. I've noticed a lot of them publicly attacking Taylor Swift & whoever that football douche are on the political tip like morons. I get attacking them based on their cringe, etc. but why take the most popular people that appeal to the very demographic you're lacking in (young white wimminz) and place yourself in direct opposition. It's not like Taylor is some sort of pundit, or is super outspoken about shit, or portrays the "immoral" shit conservatives are always grifting off of. She's just a massive pop star with a side of minimal grift. Just some weird political binary shit that makes no sense.

Stars have been putting their bullshit out there for so long - since Rock the Vote as far as our generation goes.

It does seem like most celebrities tend to be democrats.

Taylor Swift is just putting out her liberal belief system which seems to be the norm these days for anyone who wants to be a sjw to whatever degree that term applies.

This relationship with this football dude is par for the course. She has hooked up with a list of dudes, including other sports stars.

With the election coming up it seems like the right just wants to point at things that will allow an excuse when their boy Donny comes up short. The republican party has failed to deliver for the last decade.
