...there are some dope burners in here but the streaks did it for me (again)...

...been noticing many streaks directly over burners lately...payback time?...

well I know for a fact railroad worker ''PCP'' gets up anywhere, he doesn't favor clean panels, etc...I've seen his streaks over many pieces the last few years, sometimes they are hardly noticeable and quite small too. Then again I've seen a fresh line roll up into the yard, with like 8-10 cars in a row with fresh streaks of his dated the day before on every car, where ever there was a clean spot, but like I said I see his stuff over a lot of writers.
