didnt take me too long it might require pliers to unscrew them. then you just pop off the pump and pour. your gonna start to accumulate alotta little bearing mixer balls. if you bite the bottom of the pen and trap the ball you can avoid this. those fat decos have alot less paint than you would think

the skinny ones have like 3 drips of paint

haha naw i actually got bored one time and look through every isle. even the garden section, just for the fuck of it tho.

but yeah i been to like 4 lowes. 3 old ones and one that was just recently built and they all got the same colors for the small and big buckets. i think i need to experiment and mix some sail blue with some gloss white....=/ hope it works.

just incase mixing paint @ lowes or home depot and returning doesnt work dont they have already like other ppls returns?? only cop oil based right???

^^well thats exactly what you are doing.

Other peoples returns...

Your returns...

Same thing.

But the average return is usually a bland off white or gray color.

It's a gamble.

Thats why you mix a dope light purple.

Return it.

Hope that no one buys it for a while, about a week or so.

They mark it down, and you buy it again... this time much cheaper.

Plus you already know its Quality paint, the Color you want,

and cheaper than full price.

ALWAYS PAY IN CASH!!!

I never pay more than 7-10 for oil based bucket paint.

AGAIN... They mix whatever YOU want them to mix(this includes

oil based paint), you buy it, and return it for you money.

If they have a mixed color and no one buys it, yes they lower

the cost to get rid of it.

It varies on the brand of paint, the type of paint, and what color you use.

For instance... You always start with a shade of white.

Its what they stock. They don't stock colors... they Mix them.

So you could pay for a 45 dollar gallon of killer Oil Based.

Next you choose your color... the Hardware store can do it,

or you can get a custom color that another company makes

for a few extra dollars.

Disney has their own line of colors.

They are however really dope.

So there are lots of ways to make one gallon of bucket paint

vary in price by almost $20-$50!
