sleeping problems..

I hear red wine and dairy is bad for sleep. Only açai I see is in red bull and shit.

 

Melatonin's a good one. It's just a supplement for what your brain produces .1 mg of naturally when the sun goes down and makes you sleepy--aids in sleep paralysis, or something. 20 mgs gives you a decent feeling of vertigo and knocks you out.
