You can call it an outline, an outerglow, anything that isn't a term from Star Wars. I had never even heard that word until I came on the toy thread and now it's spreading like wildfire. Especially the extensions off the E. those are horrible. If you took them away you could move the A closer and it would look better, and stick to one color fills.
