the huge ridges really depend on which kind it is... a lot aren't that bad at all.

 

give a gondola some love you'll see it's not so bad... i know a lot of them travel more then a lot of people think too.

Gandola's are bearly buffed, for the most part, they stay in their state, but its true they do travel alot. They get rusted more than ordinary fr8's, and the material they carry, rocks, sand, gravel, etc... usually damages the painted tags or pieces, but gotta show love, sho-nuff.

 

 

Right before NACE died, R.I.P., I saw a NACE gondola wholecar or end 2 end, whatever ya call them.
