Ok, last one....my bath water is getting cool, so I guess I have to get out and clean my ears...

This photograph is a great example the epidemic we "heads" refer to as "toy".

Ok, that's all from me, going to grab some brunch...

Oh rats, I meant to post the goofy outline scribble that was attached to this picture a page or two back...but I guess this is credible too.

Have a great day!

are you calling Hick, Doubt, Esin, or UPS toy? just so we all know where you stand. I try not to make judgments about graffiti.

I've referenced this before many times because seeing it in '98 had an IMPACT on me. rarely does graffiti make this kind of IMPACT anymore. 3rd & union. above the building that is now Wild Ginger.

I remember that. How about when AOD destroyed the walls above the awnings down at the Bon, that was the just about the most savage shit I ever seen in Seattle. As far as impact I think that the buff has made it just about impossible for folks to destroy like they used to.

I would like to see someone step up to the level of sober and tred back in the day but am not sure that it is even possible in today's environment.

..it just needs to become more intelligent. Seattle is an anomoly in that its graffiti hasn't evolved like the graffiti of cities similar in size. there are several reasons, or excuses, for this, but the fact remains: it's not any better!

to encounter great graffiti in Seattle you have to find it. you have to look for it. in that heyday we all remember graffiti found you.
