The amount of journalists being detained or attacked by the cops is pretty astounding. I can't recall it happening at this scale and this brazenly before in the US. It's like watching the HK cops in action.

THat had to have been a proper rubber bullet as I can't see a paintball round, which is what I believe tracer rounds are, could do that kind of damage. I see the tracer spray on her backpack but I'd say she had more than one person shooting at her and the other dude had a shotty with a rubber round in it.
  4. That is the chief editor of Global Times news paper, which is owned by the CCP - it's their attack rag that runs one story in Chinese language and another in English. He's about as full of shit as my bowels after a hard night on the curry. If you want to see an even more toxic guy, check out Zhao Lijian. He was recently an ambassador but has been promoted to deputy spokesperson for foreign affairs. He was the one that was pushing the story out there that the US made the virus and spread it in Wuhan via a bunch of soldiers competing in sporting events.
  5. Actually, I meant to quote the one with the dude smashing windows. But, while we're on it, you realise anyone can buy earphones from a billion different places, right? You understand that this kit is available to anyone..., just as not only cops have guns, right? You don't think it's come across the minds of anyone other than cops to get organised?
  6. Be careful assuming who this guy is and why he’s doing it. He could be cop, antifa, white nationalist, an individual or anyone.
  7. Yep, saw that too. gives them a way to ignore what the protesters are calling for if they imply the protests are illegitimate
  8. Running that chick down with the horse and the cars driving into the crowd in NYC (same actions was labeled as an act of terror in Charlottesville)
  9. Trump is out there now trying to frame this all as ANTIFA. The problem, other than that he is obviously trying to do a snow job in the run up to the election, but it also completely undermines the reason for the protests (majority of which is actually peaceful but the news is focused on the violence) and makes dealing with the problem of police brutality harder again..., making future and worse protests more likely.
  10. Police responding to protests about police brutality
  11. s'cool, International coalition of forces are being arranged to ensure stability and support an environment that will allow a democratic government to be set up https://www.theonion.com/serbia-deploys-peacekeeping-forces-to-u-s-1819565829?utm_medium=sharefromsite&utm_source=_twitter
  12. One of those extreme left agitators from out of town, no doubt:
  13. Dig up, dude. Dig up.
  14. Holy shit, guy is a fruit loop but this tweet!
  15. The Mayor of DC responding to Trump's tweets: America eating itself
  16. Help me out, I've clearly missed something. Why was CNN targeted by protesters and why were CNN journos also detained by cops for a couple of hours?
  17. It should not have taken me this long to figure out that Donald Trump is an accelerationist. @Mercer
  18. Dont know where this is, but hot chicks shangin' cunts while some cat rocks a sax. I wanna party with those mofos
  19. Agree or disagree doesn't matter, this is America eating itself
  20. Saw that WH barriers were breached. Because 2020 was getting boring.
  21. This is the right question to ask. I know that agent provocateur actions are real, especially with cops, bit I don't see anything there than a bunch of random pics and videos. Don't rush to believe things that have other plausible explanations. Keep asking questions.
  22. And to clarify, I'm not specifically for lockdown. I understand why govts would have taken that choice in the face of a novel virus that was doing shit they've never seen before. But, I'm not about to go out saying that it definitely was the right strategy. As I've said heaps of time, I can see why a tailored response is a smart way to go, but I Also acknowledge that I'm not a Virologist, epidemiologist or some one that will be responsible if the wrong choice is made. I have some experience around crisis management, but that's about it. So, I don't know what the right answer is. What I am doing is questioning why you and MR think Sweden did the right thing. I get the feeling that you and Raven think that because they didn't lock down but maybe you didn't actually check how that actually played out.
