Never shot one but the onee I've seen look nice. Heard people call them over rated but maybe they're mad about the price tag. Saw a company making a derringer style, kind of a novelty gun but looked like it had a good pocket fit if you don't mind having only 2-3 shots. Might have been Bond Arms as they have a line like that? @Fist 666 it was an S&W M&P, the compact, not the sub compact. I still put 300 rounds through it today but I have to replace that ASAP and leave it aside until then.

Fucking lame... chipped the barrel of my 9, think it was from a casing getting royally jammed at ejection. Never heard of that happening before though- chipped off an angle of the barrel in the back, thought that metal was relatively strong since it's managing explosions in tight quarters. Hopefully it's just buying a new barrel.

Thanks for the suggestion, appreciated. I checked those guys out a while back and all I could think was Swingin Utters (watched the vid again on youtube after seeing your reply and one of them is even wearing a SU t-shirt in the video), so I ended up pulling that out and playing it instead. Not bad that they have that sound but didn't quite do it for me. If you have song suggestions to check out I will, or if you think of any other bands feel free to mention. Thanks.

Dude was out on a hillside in the middle of the woods just raking. I'm guessing either foraging for mushrooms or mental illness.

Well shit there's still a month left in the year to get a few in! And... it's a good time of year to do some exploring. I know at least 4 people w/ B-days within days of each other so should add up to multiple fun. I tend to keep NYE low key- get my good food and drink and me and the lady stay home and make different things until midnight. Always satisfying and I feel like I'm saving time from dealing with drunken assholes, drunken drivers, and people trying to make $$ off of the night. And yeah, if I was 21 again or whatever I'd probably have that 2' tall bottle of champagne sitting on the porch getting cold for a night of mayhem, lol.

Saw a bunch of recent movies... this one is from 2015, not to be confused with another movie of the same title. Believe this won an independent film award or 2, it's in the horror genre but not much scary here. This is a story of a boy's descent into psychopathy, has your standard killing animals, lighting fires, etc. Probably not worth owning, not sure if I would give this an award, but the boy does a good acting job IMO.
