I agree w/ the lack of sense of community on IG but it isn't really made for that. Now that said, seems things have gone from "no-self promo" to "why don't you have an instagram" and now tons of writers have their own IG selling canvases, stickers, and those painted up model trains. So while I would say that there isn't really a sharing community like there is here, IG definitely adds a personal level that isn't all that up front on a forum such as this. Another point is that 12oz is very annoying to use on my phone, IG is basically made to use on your phone. I've actually never even tried to use IG on a computer. In reference to the picture quality, I've never thought of them as lo-res, in fact I've often found myself surprised at how good they look. Thus, in my case, I'm able to browse graff pics so well on my phone that I have no real need to do so on a computer anymore. Kids coming up today looking at this stuff are just gonna bypass the forum scene altogether imo.

I've come to find that a lot of brickslayers posters also post on instagram, meaning that I rarely ever check that section of the forum anymore. So I do consider it a great resource for rap letters but I don't follow 12oz.

Looks to me like you don't need to waste money on a lawyer unless the paternity test comes up positive. You should be able to request the DNA test through your caseworker w/o any problem. Also you won't really be able to sue as you don't have any damages, the only thing she's taken at this point is your time.

My opinion is mostly informed from talking w/ various acquaintances that play in Ukranian bands, however I'm pretty sure I'm getting a heavily biased view. Interestingly enough though they insist that whilst they are against Yan they are staunchly pro-Russian. Out of curiosity, what is your opinion on the economic future of Russia? Honestly I'm not as informed on Putin's economic philosophy as I'd like to be, I usually hear the term state capitalism thrown around when discussing this subject. However I can't help but feel that Russia actively discourages competition unless it benefits an oligarch.

My understanding is that the essence of the protests is against Yanukovic and attempts to push for a more authoritarian government while simultaneously seeking to align the Ukraine's economy w/ that of Russia, for his own personal gain, as opposed to seeking advantageous investment from EU countries. Surely in situations like this a number of views will be represented in the streets, but I think a majority of Ukranians have had enough of Yanukovic's rampant corruption. His recent dealings w/ Russia seem to only have sparked an otherwise full powder keg of animosity. Moreover, I think Yanukovic only wants autonomy from Russia insofar as it means more power for him, his regime has consistently been accused of promoting nepotism (which looks pretty obvious if you ask me) and even enacted a law closing the door on transparency dealing w/ government contracts amidst these accusations. That said, I also believe nearly all information coming out of that part of the world is censored and streamlined so I wouldn't be surprised if I was completely incorrect in actuality.

I don't listen to The Game because he's terrible at rapping so I'm definitely making an over generalization there in regards to him. However, I do love me some DMX, and while I cannot think of any specific lyrics off the top of my head that made me think "yea that guy's a racist", his body of work as a whole gives me the impression that he thinks a certain way about black/white/hispanic/asian people based solely on their race. Do I think either of them are racists? No. Do I think either of them could be labeled racist based on what pop culture tells me racism is these days? Absolutely...if they weren't black.
