sil, why make the P 2 squares larger? also, draw lines in one fluid motion. looks like you have the DT's. and use a pencil you can erase. you can spend all day long working on a sketch, no one is rushing you, make it look good.
Pie, gonna agree and say you're a really clean painter, but maybe stick with only a couple bar widths right now. Also, you have a lot of negative space that isn't helping the flow.
christ, if i wasn't so bummed by mindless nationalism tonight, i would be really bummed by sil giving any sort of crit, and werm bumping his own wack piece 2 posts later...
sneek, the L kinda looks like an E, but the flow on that is dope.
sunk, just work on your proportions and keeping your lines clean. that all comes with practice.
those juniors are lookin pretty good.
don't trace, don't erase. i think i have ADD for sketching. anything more than 15 minutes is too much. any other crits/ideas, anyone?
Edit: Sil. you are using lined paper, how come you can't follow the lines and make them clean and even? maybe you're just not a creative/artistic person. i hear math is a valid option.
the D and the P look really nice to me. it might be interesting to try with a capital E in the same style. also, not too sure about just the E's leaning.
pie, i prefer the one on the bottom left.
umire, i'd love to see a clean, inked version, with the D a little bigger or the S a little smaller. dope though.
wow, someone woke up on the wrong side of the puerto rican boy they brought home from the bar last night....
i was just saying that taking pesk's crayolas wasn't a fair battle.
