I'm going to assume I'm not being refered to as the herb in this comment, but I will explain why I voted for TR808, and not Opticks, which was technically flawless in my opinion. TR808s was the most visually appealing. It looked funk, like a Fat Albert cartoon. The O was nice though it could have looked less like an A. The V was good, though hidden. The E was standard Cali, always good, but the R. The R killed it. Mass murder. Opticks was definitely the diamond in the rough. Though technically better, for all the shit-talking, you should have came way hader on this one. You half-assed it, when I was counting on you to crush spirits. This is a battle, and your battle tactic was disappointing. So I guess it's up to me. Aerosoul, do you think you won the Lyric battle? Do you honestly think yours was better than Opticks, Hayabusa's or mine? (cause we all know I would have took it if I colored mine in) If not, cool. If so, we need to talk.

Other countries find it hilarious that America has ony two parties to choose from. And when someone from a third party has something to offer, every one is upset because they feel they are ruining the great two-party system. God forbid you excecise your right to choose, and actually vote for the person you think will do a better job. I hear Optick on this one folks. I been in the game way to long, and I knew SOMEHOW Aerosoul was going to win, BY VOTE, for his DECENT piece. The minute he got his first vote BEFORE THE VOTING STARTED, I looked back like WHO? I saw that shit coming a mile away. Now, I'm not saying Aerosol set it up, but the shit was a weak hustle. Nevada state, and other states with lax gun shows are the best. Ask for a dealer who is "independantly" licensed. He will 'assume' you are of age with no criminal record, if you act right. As far as him running for president, no, he won't win. He wasnt even allowed on the ballots, or in the debates, even though he met the requirments. So he sued, and won.

A while back, Gray Davis was Mayor of Oakland (dont know who is now), he tried to get together with like 20 Indians, and have them call themselves a tribe so he could open a casino. Didnt work. The house I lived in two years ago sold for $280k. It's back on the market for $180k. I finally bought mine two years ago, even though it meant moving to the burbs. I don't even want to have it appraised. I just focus on the fact it keeps a roof overhead. I explained to a friend of mine the pressures of owning a home, and being semi-successful, one of which being the fear of losing it all. With the economy being, it's a concern for all families. He reminded me, I grew up poor, so whats to be afraid of? I operate well on that level anyway, though I'm not looking forward to it. Either way, He has his plan, and He will provide.

Poesia: I hear where you're coming from, and appreciate anyone who takes time out to help others out in any way they can. For some of these younger cats, the motivation might be money, for others, it might simply be doing what they want to do for a living. Maybe a thread where you could answer specific financial questions would be appreciated. Myself, I usually hit Barnes and Nobles for this. You can read the books for free, and if you really dig them, buy them at Amazon.com. I know I would have a few questions regarding refinancing and federal loans. Not saying this is good advice, but it worked for me: The problem with having a decent job is it takes up your whole day. So quit. Every morning, be at the places you want to work, starting at 9, finishing at 5. You might get hungry, but you probably won't die. Hunger has got to be the best motivator. Having a job you love is, in my opinion, one of the secrets to a happy life.
